Concentrated high performance concrete remover
GTR® 100 is a highly concentrate solution specifically developed to periodically remove gross build-ups of concrete and cement, restoring vehicle surfaces, tools and equipment (cement-mixer lorries, on-site mixers and infrastructure surfaces...)
GTR® 100 is a new-generation product designed to meet the different needs of users in terms efficiency, environmental impact and preserving treated surfaces.
GTR® 100 is based on an organic molecule that is particularly small found in trace form in most fruit and vegetables. This molecule is safer than other products of the market. Once synthesised, this molecule acts as a surface de-structuring agent which loosens sand aggregate bindings without damaging the underlying surface.
Ideal for refurbishing equipment and during the weekly internal and external washes of cement-mixer lorries, on-site mixers and infrastructure surfaces.
  • Highly efficient cleaning action.
  • Concentrate product for weekly washes.
  • Easily biodegradable.
  • Non flammable.
  • Quick & easy to use.
  • Outstanding materials compatibility, surfaces and equipment, can be used on metal, glass, rubber, paints, etc...
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
  • It is essential to do tests first and to wear individual protective equipment.
  • Shake the product well before use.
  • Do not mix the product with other products. GTR® 100 can be used neat or diluted with water (1 volume of product with 1 volume of water).
  • Dampen the surface to be treated before ap-plying GTR® 100.
  • Spray the product uniformly. Its slightly foaming aspect allows to check if the application is uniform on the substrate.
  • Leave for a minimum contact time of between 30 - 40 minutes to allow the solution to soften and loosen concrete and cement deposits. Contact time will be dependant on the thickness of aggregate deposit to be removed and the temperature (action time is enhanced by the substrate’s temperature being warmer).
  • Scrub the treated surface with a hard bristle brush in order to speed up the descaling process by mechanical action.
  • Rinse all surfaces and equipment thoroughly with clean water at high pressure.
  • Do not allow GTR® 100 to dry before rinsing.
  • Physical state at 20°C: Liquid.
  • Colour: Pale yellow.
  • Odour: Caracteristic.
  • pH: 0.9 ± 0.5.
  • Relative density: 1.13 ± 0.02.
  • Solubility in water [vol/vol]: Miscible.
  • Flashpoint [°C]: Not applicable.
Usage depends on the thickness of residue; thicker deposits may require more than one application. The following values are for guidance only: 5 to 8 m2/kg.
25 kg containers, and 230 kg, 575 kg or 1150 kg IBC containers.
  • Store in a dry place at a temperature of between 5°C and 30°C.
  • Shelf-life: 24 months from date of manufacture, in original unopened can.
  • Wear protection goggles as well as gloves and overalls.
  • For best results it is essential to use the pro-duct when the temperature of the substrates is above 5°C and below 35°C.
  • Avoid applying during heavy rain or in very hot weather. Air temperature between 5°C and 35°C.
  • Breathing protection: Wear an appropriate mask.
  • Hand protection: Wear household rubber gloves.
  • Skin protection: Wear protective clothing over exposed areas of skin.
  • Eye protection: Wear protective goggles.
  • In case of ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or specialist.
